If not satisfied with the product received within 10 business days of receipt of product, please contact us regarding a refund or exchange. Raincap industries may refund the purchase price of the unused product(s) with the following conditions; A 25% restock fee is charged on all items except solid Brass units. Brass units incur a 35% restock fee.
